Returns & Refunds Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original unused condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@thomasguida.com with your order number and details of the return request.

Please note:

  • Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.
  • Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion are final.
  • We do not accept returns for custom-orders under any circumstances. These items are specifically crafted to your specifications and cannot be resold.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to cover payment processing fees and handling costs.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and assume all risk for any losses or damage that may occur during the return process.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our team. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that transaction processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

We do not accept returns for defects or damage resulting from improper use, care, or assembly. If your item arrives damaged or defective due to manufacturing issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a replacement, repair, or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order.
